Et Ochs suppliers should not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor, and not engage in any other forms of compulsory labor, or any other forms of slavery or human trafficking. All employment must be on a voluntary basis and workers should be free to terminate their employment at any time with reasonable notice.

We are committed to a workplace free of harassment. Where workers are not threatened with or subjected to harsh or inhumane treatment, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse.

Et Ochs does not discriminate against any worker based on age, race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, sexuality, disability, national extraction or social origin nor do we participate in any acts or practices that may be defined as any distinction, exclusion or preference that impairs equality of opportunity or treatment in employment.

Et Ochs requires that suppliers ensure their workers are at least the minimum age for employment in that country or the age for completing compulsory education in that country whichever is the higher, as permitted by ILO Minimum Age Convention. Young persons should be at least 16, except if allowed by local law and such exception is consistent with ILO guidelines
