Return Policy

We hope you found what you were looking for. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. 

Et Ochs will accept returns* for orders meeting the below conditions that are requested within 14 days of purchase date for a refund. Refunds requested between 15-30 days will be accepted, but the refund will be processed as store credit as a courtesy. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Please note that you must return your item within 2 business days of generating the return label. All returns are subjected to a $12 restocking fee which is deducted from the amount of the return. Please note that pre-order items do not have their return time start until date shipped instead of date ordered to account for any delays in receiving the style.

Please note that we cannot accept back any return or exchange requests for items marked as Final Sale.

Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax. Et Ochs does not refund original or return shipping costs.

  • Et Ochs must be able to verify proof of purchase.
  • Delivery dates are defined from FedEx records, and cannot be disputed.
  • Returns received after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned to a distributor. 
  • Products purchase from a distributor cannot be returned online. See distributor policy. 

 

This policy outlines the returns terms and conditions when purchasing with Et Ochs online, and is applicable to all customers placing an order on www.EtOchs.com. This policy is applicable to Et Ochs’s online customers only and does not extend to customers purchasing from a distributor. Items purchased from a Et Ochs distributor are bound under that retailer's policy. Et Ochs online cannot be held accountable or provide accommodation for purchases made outside of www.etochs.com. DISTRIBUTOR POLICY

Et Ochs products purchased from a distributor such as Nordstrom are subject to that distributor's purchased and returns policy.

Et Ochs cannot be accountable for orders or purchases made at a distributor; with the exception of genuine product faults, as assessed by our Customer Service Team.

 

CONDITION OF PRODUCT

To be eligible for a return, the garment must meet the below quality conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • All accessories included
  • Unscented (no perfume or other scents)
  • No human, animal or other hair
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All original packing and hangers included

 

GIFT EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Products purchased as a gift at www.etochs.com are bound by this policy, and must satisfy policy requirements for returns, exchanges or refunds.

FAULTY/ DAMAGED

Et Ochs takes extreme pride and care in the quality of our product. Should you receive a product that does not meet expectations, please contact customer service on the details provided above.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be returned but are subjected to a $10 restocking fee which is deducted from the amount of the return, unless the item is marked as FINAL SALE on the product information page.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the orders. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund. 

To request a return of an international order, please send an email to contact@etochs.com with your order number, items you would like to return and the reason you are returning them.

 

RETURNS COST

Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax, minus the processing fee. Et Ochs does not refund original or return shipping costs. 

 

RETURNS/ REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 10 to 14 days to receive, inspect and process.

You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

Upon printing the return label from https://etochs.loopreturns.com, you will receive a tracking number found on the return shipping label. At the time,

Et Ochs does not offer return tracking, so we recommend you note this for your reference.
